breakfast was:
- 1/2 apple muffin
- chunk of cheese
- coffee with LOTS of sugar
lunch was:
- tuna sandwich on WHITE bread (yuck)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 2 haystack cookies
and dinner:
- grilled steak (at least this was primal!)
- mixed vegs (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, primal also)
- french fries (geesh)
a..hemm.. potato chips, and a coke, and more coffee with LOTS of sugar.
Total sabotage!!!
No exercise tonight. Must make up for this tomorrow!
