- lean beef burger (had it on bun but will ignore)
- tomato, onion
- coffee with small amount of sugar (must wean myself from the sugar in the coffee)
For lunch:
- Banana, berry smoothie with ice and milk
- lean beef burger (just the patty this time!)
For dinner I will have:
- salad made with romaine lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, and some broccoli with small amount of italian dressing.
- shredded chicken breast on top of salad
