- much coffee with even more sugar

- 3 pieces of pizza
- 2 cans of coke

- potato chips

- 2 pieces pizza
- more chips
- more coke
wow, what a disaster, what a mess! I really need to get back on track. And back on my treadmill. I will update if I manage to get my ass up and running!
